NAMI Minnesota Mindful Creations Support Group, a new support group for adults living with a mental illness, begins in February 2025 at Gammelgården Museum!
This group focuses on building resiliency and strengthening mental well-being through education, creative expression through art, and the support of others in a safe and confidential environment.
Each meeting will focus on one mental health topic and include a brief educational session, a hands-on art activity, and group discussion.
There is no cost for the support groups. To register, email your first and last name to sgc@namimn.org
