Star of Hope

After seeing the interesting quilt squares popping up throughout the Chisago Lakes Area, Pastor Kevin Schumann decided it would be fun to share his family’s artistic talents and take part in the Swedish Barn Quilt Trail. He and his daughter worked together to create a quilt square, to display in a space that is designed for spiritual reflection. The church takes part in a summer program called “Together with Friends”, in cooperation with a few other Taylors Falls churches. It is in that same spirit of cooperation that the church takes part in many other community activities.
